Good Afternoon,
We can now officially advise that we have received our Stage 1 Construction Certificate from Yass Valley Council and our our civil works contractors are mobilizing to start digging… albeit dependent upon the weather gods, who to date haven’t been so kind. Mowing across stage 1 is now complete and clearing will commence to make way for the removal of topsoil and the start of bulk earthworks.
Our civil works on stage 1, which comprises 49 residential blocks and 1 multi unit block, will be managed by RAM Constructions and will include:
- Bulk earthworks across the stage;
- Servicing (water, sewer, electricity, NBN etc);
- Roads and pavement; and
- Landscaping
Our program is on track and we continue to anticipate the completion of works and the issue of the subdivision certificate in the first half of 2023, with settlements expected shortly thereafter. Given the forecasted wet summer weather predictions, we will continue to monitor our program and will provide you with regular updates.
