Rain and the resulting ground structure has delayed our Civil teams site establishment but we are hopeful to be in a position to mobilise shortly.
The team continues to work closely with Yass Valley Council in finalizing their infrastructure requirements for the estate. This has unfortunately delayed our Construction Certificate; however, our proposed construction program is still on track for an anticipated completion late this year.
Our civil works on stage 1, which comprises 49 residential blocks and 1 multi unit block, will be undertaken by RAM Constructions. This stage of works will include:
- Bulk earthworks across the stage;
- Servicing (water, sewer, electricity, NBN etc);
- Roads and pavement; and
- Landscaping
We have engaged with a Canberra based landscape architect to develop plans for the local park, which we are very excited to be creating for this community. Look out for more information on the park on our website!
