We’ve welcomed the sun after a cold winter and have been pushing forward with construction.
Earthworks is substantially complete with both stormwater and sewer services 95% complete in Stage 1. The stormwater connection under Yass Valley Way through to the pond is currently being programmed and we will advise of any traffic disruptions once the timing has been confirmed. When this work is complete the landscaping along the southern side of Yass Valley Way will commence. Roads and kerb throughout stage 1 are scheduled for commencement in November.
There has unfortunately been some delays due to infrastructure requirements and procurement timeframes. This has impacted the construction program and subsequent completion timing. Practical completion is now anticipated to be in early 2024 with settlements expected to occur around April/May 2024.
