STAGE 1 CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETE!

We have reached physical completion of ALL WORKS within Stage 1 at Hamilton Rise.  Yass Valley Council have attended the site for their final inspection and have issued their infrastructure compliance certificates.

We have lodged the Subdivision Certificate Application with Council and are working collaboratively with them, hoping to receive an imminent approval.  Once this approval is granted, registration and titles for the blocks should be received shortly thereafter.

We have recently moved our Sales Office next to the entrance of the estate.  The Sales Office is open Saturday and Sunday from 10am-Midday.  Keep an eye out on our socials for any changes or updates.
