We’re thrilled to advise that our Project Management and Civil teams have commenced site establishment, despite the weather! We continue to work closely with Yass Valley Council, however unfortunately are awaiting confirmation of our construction certificate.
Given the unexpected delays to the issuing of the construction certificate and the commencement of works combined with the winter weather forecast, we have revised our proposed completion timeframes on Stage 1. We now expect to complete the works and obtain our subdivision certificate early in 2023, with settlements expected shortly thereafter.
We are also constructing a new sales office to be located onsite and accessed from Mitchell St in anticipation of our next land release. This next release will take place later in the year and contains approximately 28 blocks ranging in size from 720m² and above. Keep an eye on your inbox for more details!
