Good Afternoon,
The Civil works on Stage 1 have progressed well during the first few months of 2023, given the dry weather over the Christmas period coupled with a real push by the team to get traction.
Currently, all of the bulk earthworks for this stage are very close to complete and you can see the roads have taken shape!
The civil team are now onto the construction of hydraulics which include services such as sewer, water and stormwater. We are hoping to have this section of works complete over the next few months – weather pending.
